Chris Casatelli graduated from Georgia State University in 2000, with his BS in Psychology. Chris has been working as a service dog trainer at Canine Assistants for 8 years, and has trained over 150 dogs in that time. Most recently, he can be seen in the newest Milk-Bone commercial with Noble, a Canine Assistants service dog he has been training for a little over a year. He lives in Georgia with his wife of five years, Karen, and their 22-month old son, Cole.

Jennifer Arnold began Canine Assistants, a non-profit organization in Alpharetta, GA, that provides service dogs to children and adults with special needs, in 1991 with her father. A few weeks into the planning process, her father was struck and killed by a drunk driver. Jennifer carries on their dream and has provided hundreds of service dogs to those in need all over the country. She lives with her husband, veterinarian Kent Bruner, son Chase, three dogs, Bob the cat, eight horses, and a number of other animals.
