Dr. Jeff Rhody

Jeffrey L. Rhody, DVM

Dr. Jeffrey L. Rhody originally hails from Baltimore. After graduating from Milford Mill Senior High School and the University of Maryland (College Park), he received his DVM (cum laude) in 1983. Since 1988, he has practiced exclusively at the Lakeside Veterinary Center.

Jeff has a love of all kinds of animals. His case load is about 80% dogs and cats. The remaining 20% consists of ferrets, rabbits, reptiles, amphibians, birds, guinea pigs, hedgehogs and rodents. He has also had the opportunity to work with some invertebrates (large spiders) and non-domestic cats. When asked which is his favorite patient, his answer is, "The next one I see."

Dr. Rhody lives in Clarksville with his wife and two sons. Their house is full of pets, including 2 labs, 2 cats, a hamster, and fish. In his spare time, Jeff volunteers at his sons' schools, plays golf and works with wood in his home workshop.
