Animal lovers…we know we’re softies.  We cry at schmaltzy TV commercials that feature distressed critters.  We open our hearts and wallets to myriad of causes.  But recent news reports have revealed that even some of the well known, apparently legitimate charities are helping their personnel more than their intended recipients.  How do you find a foundation that deserves your support?  What have they done with the money we have given them?
