Let's explore Volunteer Tourism in the tropical rain forests.  For those that don't know, that's when you volunteer to work for free on your vacation for some non-profit in a far-away dangerous corner of a jungle in the middle of nowhere!  Why would you do that?

That's adventure, baby!  Today we are going to have a conversation with a young man, 24 years old, who has done it - not once, but four times now!   We are going to meet Jungle Adventurer and filmmaker, Adam Spencer, who has traveled to the South American tropics - trips that include the Galapagos Islands, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and Costa Rica.  Adam currently has the production of a film underway about the Volunteer Tourism experience, called Volunteer Traveler: Costa Rica.
