Angela is a life-long animal advocate. Her 6 years as the Operations Director for the Pennsylvania SPCA led her to conceive the idea for GetYourPet.com.
Launched in 2017, GetYourPet.com is the first nation-wide online pet adoption community that directly connects people who need to rehome a pet with people who want to adopt a pet. By putting the adopter and pet owner in control of the process, this type of pet adoption increases their chances for happy, successful adoptions; saves more adoptable pets and decreases the burden on shelters and rescues.
Angela was born and raised in Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, she now lives in New Hope, Pennsylvania with her husband John, stepdaughter Ruby, son Leo and their rescue pets: five dogs, one cat and six chickens.
