This is the “indoguration” for shelter dog, Major, to celebrate his becoming the United States of America’s "First Dog" within the Presidency of Joe Biden.
Mr. Carroll began his college years majoring in Animal Science then as a pre-veterinary student. He later took a carrier path working with 4-H, and now has landed on his very purposeful path of working with animals and people at this the Delaware Humane Association’s no kill shelter housing up to 40 dogs and 100 cats. He says “ We are all about adoption, moving animals forward… One of my favorite things is when they open the van door and you get to see all these faces of new dogs. It’s nice to see them get into our doors where we take good care of them and find them a good home…. my favorite part is really linking people to pets.”
And Mr. Carroll heads the helm of the DHA which placed beautiful German Shepherd Major with then Vice President Joe Biden, and who now will be with President Joe Biden, as the United States of America’s “First Dog.”
