BIO:
Author Mark Feldstein currently lives in Tustin, Calif. with his family. Feldstein was born in Far Rockaway, New York. Growing up with his brother and divorced mother, times were tough until the day a shoeshine boy in NYC shared a little fact with his mother. Her son's favorite magazine, Mad Magazine, was published on the 13th floor of the building just behind her. His mom couldn't resist visiting the Mad offices to see if she could get an autographed issue to bring home to her boys and, instead, fell in love and eventually married the editor, Al Feldstein.
After graduating Northwestern University, diploma in hand, Feldstein arrived in Southern California ready to take the entertainment world by storm with what his professors called a "unique and creative writing style". If that was true, how did he end up in his day job as a CFO of a successful pool remodeling business? It's a mystery. However, after 35 years of accounting, and having never lost sight of his dream and passion to tell stories, he has finally returned to writing with his first book, “Last Stop Before Rainbow Bridge: True Animal Rescue Stories.”
