In this episode I provide an overview of one of my recently released digital streaming albums, Relax the Mind and Body Meditation. I describe the different types of meditations and ways to incorporate meditation into your life. A simple walk in nature, gardening, listening to music are forms of meditation. Meditation allows you to shut-off the conscious mind, releasing the endless chatter that enters the mind and allows you to release the so called “Monkey Mind”. Meditation can lead to a calmer state of being, better health and rest. It can also lead to a better connection to the animals in our life and all animals around us.
